What are "Credit Meetings" for?
Credit Meetings are special meetings held every Tuesday and Friday in the Event hall.
Tuesday meetings will start at 8pm Est .
Friday meetings will start around 8:00pm est.
These are to fulfill special orders that cannot be done through the website such as:
-Usage of Customization, Character Service, Title, and Surname Tickets
-Bank Upgrades/ Additions
-Requests relating to Credits, Credit Shop etc (If you come to the meeting to get a request fulfilled that has nothing to do
with the meeting, you will not be helped during the meeting)
I wasn't helped at the last Credit Meeting, what should I do?
If you weren't helped at the Credit Meeting it will be because of one of two reasons usually. You either didn't show up or
you didn't send your email on time as stated below. What you need to do now is to re-email your email to billing for the
next meeting so they know to look for you because most emails will be cleared out of the inbox to keep things organized.
For any and ALL Credit meeting requests, an e-mail must be sent to [email protected] BY 8:00 PM EST the night of the meeting you are attending.
Please use the form below when sending your e-mail!
Requests made after this time will be moved to the next meeting, however depending on how busy we are we cannot
guarantee you will get helped at the meeting that you e-mailed for. IF you do not make it to the meeting following the
next meeting you will need to send a new email.
Please be sure to include all information when e-mailing (Your character name, your request, if you are using tickets or not etc.)
