Q: What can I use a "character service ticket" for?

A: These tickets are used for special services including but not limited to:

-Removing inactive guild officers
-Resetting your sold experience
-Changing a custom item
-Twinning a custom (if you are trading in another custom to do so, otherwise it is 25$ to twin a custom)
-Changing your character name
-Recovering a lost item (you do not need to use a ticket if you have never requested the services of staff to recover an
item that was accidently destroyed or sold to a vendor)
-Changing your guild name
-Requesting a large amount of guild items "refills" at one time (20-30+)


Please note that you must e-mail prior to the credit shop meeting and show up at the meeting (Tuesdays and Fridays 8pm est in the
event hall lobby)
