Q: Can I report someone for taking monsters I was killing?

A: "kill stealing" (aka "Ksing") is only against the rules in excess. The monsters are there for everyone, and unless someone
is preventing you from gaining any experience by doing this and you cannot move away from them to another area, they cannot be reported. If you are "herding" many monsters on yourself and someone happens to take one or two of them, this is not against the rules. Unless they are specifically targeting you with the intent to disrupt your gameplay, it is expected that you share the monsters.
